Town Hall Board Meetings Calendar

Welcome to the official calendar for Town of Whitehall Board Meetings. Here, you'll find all upcoming meeting dates, times, and locations where the various town boards gather to discuss important matters concerning our community. These meetings are open to the public, and we encourage all residents to attend, stay informed, and participate in the decision-making process that shapes the future of our town.

Meeting Schedule

Our Board Meetings are typically held once a month, unless otherwise specified. Each board has their specific day that they meet. Some boards are seasonal and take a few months off in the winter before they start up again.

Special meetings and public hearings will also be listed here as they are scheduled.

How to Attend and Meeting Agendas

Meetings are held at Town Hall 207 E. Legion St, unless otherwise noted. Agendas will be posted on the Town Hall Window for you to view.

Council meeting agendas will be posted on the three required locations as set by our ordinances. These locations are Town Hall Window, Rocky Mountain Bank (now Valley Bank), and Jefferson Fresh Foods. 

Public Participation

We value the input of our residents! Public comment is invited during each meeting. We welcome comments in person during the meeting, and for your convenience, we also offer options to submit comments in advance or virtually. Everyone’s voice is important, and we are committed to fostering an open and respectful environment where all residents can be heard.

To submit public comment before a meeting, please use our contact form and choose "Submit Public Comment" as the department. We MUST be told what meeting this comment is ment for. Your comment will be read during the meeting.
